“Leaders are not born they are made”, this is very much a fact that I feel today and truly believe in. I had chalked out a roadmap for myself but MIT SOB and all its members helped me to achieve this peak.
At MIT School of Business, I have experienced the immense support of my professors who acted not only as facilitators but mentor of my entire journey till date. I would like to express my gratitude towards each and every member of the placement Cell, who constantly guided through and assisted me to get my final placements and I owe thanks to them.
Last but not the least; I take this opportunity to thank each one including the members of the administration, library and all my faculties for being a guiding support all the way.

In the right earnest, it gives me immense satisfaction as I pen down my   maturing and enhancing experience as a student of MIT School of Management. MIT helped me to grow as an independent thinking individual. I have come a long way and in the course of this journey, each one of us conned the way to strive, explore and analyse the ways of the world, to muster the courage to cope with them, to search for the right forum to unveil and manifest one’s talent; and embark on the search within-an attempt to realise the potential and unleash it, grow as an individual and carve a niche for oneself.
A whole gamut of events floods my mind as I review my thoughts of working as a student coordinator - placement cell. Being in the placement cell has been a huge learning experience .A basket of activities which were hectic & the one which involved a lot of stress, kept me on the toes all the time. It helped me to hone my analytical and interpersonal skills and enabled me to overcome & identify with the harsh corporate realities. I inculcated a balanced approach in decision making and geared myself to the demanding professional life-which I was to walk down after a`` couple of months.

NISHIYA AJWANI (22st batch)
My experience in the college has been extremely rewarding. Not only did I receive the Best Outgoing Student Award but the college also provided immense opportunities to develop my personality and enhance my knowledge. The infrastructure, Faculty, Methodology followed and the Course content speaks for the quality of education that MITSOB provides to its students. The HBS Model helped us to develop a self learning approach and the case methodology helped to have an insight of the real incidences in the corporate world.
Besides academics, the support that the college provided for developing the leadership and managerial qualities by way of  various club activities proved to be of most advantageous for me. The interaction with the eminent personalities from various companies through meets, conferences and various guest lectures enabled us to learn the etiquettes and mannerism of the professional life.

Case method of teaching represents the most demanding, engaging & proactive way to learn about the skills of leadership. One of the really critical things about case method is that at the end of the day, we always work towards a solution - not

HBS pattern adopted by MITSOB
An extra ordinary pattern which motivates every student to perform better. Also due to the continuous assessment module the student remains on his toes round the clock. It is a unique methodology which enhances problem solving capabilities of the student as they are able to relate the theoretical knowledge with the practical implementation. This provides deeper understanding into the
real world corporate issues.

Prabhakar Kumar (21st Batch, Ex-General Secretary)
In MITSOB students are carved into managers & this is done by way of case study based learning & other activities which not only enhances managerial skills but also develop overall personality of future managers. Before joining MITSOB its student's dream to lead & after joining it's a dream that succeeds....of becoming not
Management student but a full fledge MANAGER.

Vrushali Patil (21st Batch)
HBS pattern is the best process of inductive learning that goes beyond theories and facts. It's the best tool which explores once hidden potential.its not only what you know but it comes all what it should be.continuous assessment enables
