The focus was on communication, decision making, formulating a business plan, public speaking, creativity, innovation, role change, negotiation, conflict resolution, facilitation and physical fitness. Each activity was followed by a detailed ‘review’ session supervised by the experienced Out Fit faculty. This strengthened the students’ learning through introspection. Participants were encouraged to speak in public during the entire session.
The following is a brief description of each activity and the intended outcome.

6. During ‘Ice Breaking’, each participant was asked to interview a new friend and then introduce the friend to the group. This broke barriers and resulted in creating new relationships.
7. In ‘Burma Bridge’, the participants crossed an imaginary valley with the help of two ropes tied at a height. This helped the under confident students in discovering their potential and stretch their physical and mental limits. . The outbound learning gave students an opportunity to discover their own potential, instill team spirit among all members, and create synergy in the diverse group. It motivated and energized them to work together without any inhibitions.
